Please note, this blog is NOT OUR OFFICIAL WEBSITE. This blog serves to support both our website and mailing list as a place to hold information and discussion about the numerous events we offer. Ticketing & Registration

* No, typically, we do not offer refunds unless the event is canceled or there has been a grievous error on our part.

HOWEVER!

* Tickets for shows and registrations for workshops and/or events may be exchange for another event solely produced by Amani Jabril Middle Eastern & World Dance, LLC for a small fee of $5.00, according to availability.

*Within 48 hours of booking or registering for an event - If you have not received a confirmation, either verbal or written, or an invoice or receipt, as the case may be, acknowledging your booking / registration, please contact us at 404-550-4692 or autumn_amani@hotmail.com

* ONLINE TICKETING & REGISTRATION: All online ticketing & registration is done through Paypal (…and NO, you don’t need an account). Once your transaction is completed ; print and save your receipt – these will serve as your ticket / registration to be presented at the door.

*PLEASE NOTE: Exchanges should be made before the originally ticketed event takes place.
We will only take into consideration cases where death, serious injury or illness, has occurred thereby causing one to miss the event and thus requesting an exchange after the event has taken place.

Please folks, no killing old army buddies or creating new and exotic diseases just save a few bucks.

We offer numerous discounts and ways to save on all of our events. Here are some of the ways you can save:
• Post an introduction or review about us to a popular web address, website or blog = $20 Credit good towards show tickets, event registration and private or semi-private lessons!

• Have you participated in one of our events before? As a special thank you, enjoy 20% Off the purchase of tickets or registration at your next event with us!

• Register / Purchase tickets early with our “Super Saver” deals

• Dance teachers having 3 or more students registered for any workshop will receive a comparable workshop for FREE

*TO REDEEM YOUR DISCOUNT:
Discounts will be taken from tickets and registrations sold IN ADVANCE of the event. Sorry folks, we will not honor discounts at the door. Please purchase no later than 48 hours in advance if you want to use your discount. Simply email us @ autumn_amani@hotmail.com (Include DISCOUNT in the subject line) with your discount and we will send the appropriate invoicing to you.

*PREVIOUS PATRONS: If we cannot locate your information in our database, we will ask you for proof of your attendance (ie: ticket stub, receipt, canceled check...picture of you rubbing elbows with Amani...you know, this sort of thing)

*POSTING A REVIEW :
Now you can post an introduction or review to a popular web address or website and we will give you a $20 credit good towards show tickets, event registrations and either semi-private or private lesson with Amani.
Accepted posts include, but are not limited to:

A popular website
A popular blog
An open social network with minimum 100 friends;
A new thread in dance and bellydance related forums or communities

Posts, reviews or articles must be accepted and confirmed.

Payment Plans & Fees

*All deposits are non-refundable.

However, tickets and registrations maybe exchanged for another event. A $5.00 fee per ticket/ pre registration will apply at the time of exchange

*All deposits, once placed, secure your place at the event as well as the fee designated for that event.

*You must place your deposit no later than one week (7 days), before the event date to take advantage of any offer.

*Typically, all balances owed to Amani Jabril Middle Eastern & World Dance will be accepted "at the door" for your specific event unless another date and time is announced and posted to all points of sale.

* All fees for events produced by Amani Jabril are attached to a payment deadline. You must produce payment, as it is designated for your specific event, before or by the payment deadline posted in order to take advantage of that rate.

* All rates and fees for events are subject to change. Please note, that we often offer "super saver" rates for events for early registration and that the closer to the event date, fees often increase.

Here are some other details that you may find helpful when planning to attend an event with us:

Doors open for registration, ticket sales and seating at all events no later than 30 minutes prior to the start of the event.
If you are rude to our patrons or staff, or in violation of one of our policies; we reserve the right to deny you service and ask you to leave.
